Empowered Mama Childbirth Course

For many parents the labor and birth process can be extremely overwhelming. My goal as a childbirth educator is to empower you along your journey. I believe with the proper education you can go into your birth powerful and knowledgeable. Our 3 part childbirth education series will cover labor, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, induction methods, pain management options, and more. We’ll go over comfort measures, breathing, and relaxation techniques during labor and birth.

Each session is 2 hours each and we recommend wearing comfortable clothes. Be ready to learn and partners are encouraged to join.
