What is an empowered birth & postpartum doula?
An empowered birth and postpartum doula is a trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support to individuals and families during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. They aim to empower parents to make informed decisions about their birth and parenting experiences, advocate for their choices, and provide non-judgmental support throughout the process. They often offer assistance with comfort measures during labor, breastfeeding support, newborn care education, and emotional support for the whole family.

individuals who are passionate about supporting birthing people and families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. This can include aspiring doulas, healthcare professionals, childbirth educators, social workers, or anyone with a strong desire to support others during this transformative time in their lives. The training equips individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide compassionate and effective support to families during the perinatal period.

Doula Training & Mentorship
Doula training and mentorship immediately after certification is available to support newly certified doulas as you transition into your professional roles. This structured mentorship program offers invaluable guidance, practical experience, and ongoing support as doulas begin their journey of providing compassionate care to birthing individuals and families.

2 Day Training & 8 week mentorship

Mentorship includes understanding the business aspect, branding strategy, social media content creation, on-call support, how to get clientele, your ideal client, evidence-based information, website development, weekly meetings, and assistance w/ certification if needed. After certification is complete mentorship will start immediately.
